My Approach

My approach is supportive, client-centered, and experiential. In each session, I focus on your goals—meeting you where you are while actively guiding the process with insight, asking thoughtful questions, and sometimes bringing in experiential exercises to help you connect more deeply with yourself and move toward what matters to you. My style is warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental, offering a space where you can be yourself.

Together, we explore current experiences and past patterns to help you gain clarity, understanding, and find ways of coping that work for you. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you make sense of your story and build a life rooted in greater ease, presence, and authenticity.
